Off and on in the sport of triathlon since 1986.

Compete at all distances including sprint, olympic, half-Iron 1x, and Ironman 4x.

Also active in the Arctic Bicycle Club and Nordic Ski Association of Anchorage.

Current board member of the Alaska Triathlon Club.
